When moving to an electronic filing system there's a good deal to consider, it is of utmost importance to having a good understanding of your objectives and also concerns that you have.

Falcon will only recommend products that will meet our customer's requirements fully. Professional advice will be given and potential issues would also be highlighted in advance of a customer's decision to proceed. Installation

Once the recommended document management system has been approved by our prospective customer, Falcon provides a systems information questionnaire to them. This asks questions about the network environment that the system will be a part of and allow us to be best prepared when installation of the system takes place. It also allows us to be aware of any compatibility issues we may need to overcome.

Training

Once installation is complete basic training will be given, this will give any operators sufficient insight to be competent in the basic operation of the system. At this point Falcon recommends that our customer has a 'trial' period of use in order that familiarisation is possible. After the 'trial' period a more comprehensive training session is provided along with answers to any questions that may have arisen during the 'trial' period.
