Data Migration and Conversion - Document Management SupportIf you have used either Microfiche or Microfilm to archive your documents Falcon are now able to both the hardware & software to digitise your film archives. Using Canon MS Microfilm readers it is possible to retrieve the existing images and import them into Scanfile (Canon's Document Management system). Up to 10 index references may then be applied to the new files. By converting the fiche/film to Scanfile the pain is taken out of locating files, whilst searching for a document is normally a cumbersome process at best, locating the document that you need takes seconds. |
