BT Scanfile - Document Management Case Studies
Scanfile has given BT the flexibility to allow the whole team to save/store documents to a central database where they can access and manage their own documents. They had about 4000 documents to scan into the system which meant that there was a lot of work involved in the beginning, now this has been completed they are looking to install Scanfile onto a server and use its full capabilities to their advantage.

It is difficult for us to manage documents due to the security on site, but Scanfile allows us to lock the documents away without the need for a large space to store box's full of paper."
