Daniels Healthcare - Document Management Case Studies

Daniels Healthcare is an independent company focusing on the manufacture and distribution of moulded polypropylene waste containers and other products relating to infection control. The company was established in 1939 as A C Daniels & Co Ltd in the centre of London's medical market. The company operates from two sites; the Sales office in Tring, Hertfordshire providing a modern office environment for sales, accounts, and marketing personnel, and the manufacturing site based in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.
Dee Ward, Daniels' Marketing Manager, was recommended Falcon as a supplier, and chose a pair of Canon CLC copiers with RIP's to replace one ageing colour device. Dee explains;
"We work them fairly hard, and although they are now 2 years old we are still impressed with the reliability and colour reproduction of the machines. Although there have been some issues, Falcon have resolved all problems on both the copier and the RIP software, with both the system engineer and the software specialists on-site" explains Beth Howell, who operates the machines day-to-day.
Falcon also supply and maintain the Mono copier/printer facilities within Daniels, and Daniels are looking to expand the business partnership between the two companies by taking on Falcon's Voice and Data services for their new telephone system.
